Print & Digital Promotions Specialist



We are looking for an innovative rock star with the vision to keep up with current trends while identifying and executing emerging opportunities. As a print and online specialist you will conceive, create and execute strategies and campaigns to increase online usage, website registration, newspaper readership and new revenue streams for the company with a primary focus on Digital and Mobile products. This will be accomplished by working alongside the Digital, Advertising, and Creative teams while reporting directly to the Print & Online Marketing Supervisor.  Demonstrated experience in Print and Online Marketing strategies is required.


  • Creating and implementing strategies to drive digital and mobile traffic, create brand awareness and promote various media products.
  • Develop opportunities for both new revenue streams and increasing PVs and UVs to all our digital products.
  • Increase Brand awareness and revenue opportunities on all Mobile products.
  • Work directly with Digital Platform Manager to increase all Digital and Mobile audience metrics and increase our Digital revenue stream.
  • Develop strategic promotions to increase online audience and revenue for the company.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and coordinating production of promotional collateral and distribution.
  • Executing event promotions.
  • Working with research to evaluate effectiveness or promotions as well as knowing our audience.
  • Acting as key liaison between internal departments on promotion elements and strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Ensure promotion timelines are on-target and deadlines are met.
  • Identify promotable print and online content and programs that would be of interest to consumers in the market.
  • Concept with artists and copywriter on team to create Marketing and Advertising campaigns and write creative copy.
  • Make strategic decisions based on program results, market research and overall industry trends to ensure the success of future Marketing promotions.
  • Remain active and aware of both the print products and only industry standards and trends to assure effective online and print creative.  


  • 3-5 years experience in the Marketing, Advertising or Communications industry. 
  • Experience with product launches, copywriting, conception, etc..
  • Must be able to execute HTML skills.
  • Should possess superior project management skills with strong leadership ability.  
  • Should be able to handle multiple campaigns and projects at one time and assure timely completion.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills and computer skills.
  • Should possess strong knowledge of social media/networking/marketing.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to prioritize and communicate need for resources.
  • Must have the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks with strong interest in new media technology.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
